“I became a customer with AT&T since Nov 2022. Today it is April 13, 2023. Since I became a customer with them, I am calling them every month a couple of times to fix billing issues. They have a habit of inflating the bill and if you don't call them, they will keep the difference! After 5 months, my bill is still not stabilized, it is dancing every month up and down. Most of the time missing agreed promotions. Very lousy service, a lot of time gets wasted. I never had to call my previous carrier for billing issues.
